Inspired by a post from a while ago that was a combo involving a ton of cards and like 20 lands in the deck (which I can't find again, please link it in the comments if you can), I went on a hunt to find as many chaining triggered abilities in a row as I could.
This combo attacks your opponents life total, or the number of cards in their deck, whichever they happen to have fewer of.
It involves 10 cards, or 11 if you count the Kozilek, Butcher of Truth needed to loop your graveyard back into your deck, turning it truly infinite.
So funny enough, pretty much anything can start the combo, but in spirit of Kaladesh Remastered coming out soon, I'll book-end this combo with both of the cards that involve energy counters.
ENOUGH TALKING, ON TO THE COMBO ITSELF
1) First, gain an energy counter to trigger Fabrication Module.
2) You place the +1/+1 counter on to Benthic Biomancer. You than draw then discard a card. (Kozilek, Butcher of Truth keeps your deck size effectively infinite, Animation Module triggers too, but don't pay the 1 for it yet)
3) Because you draw a card, Horizon Chimera gains you 1 life. (keep in mind that we gained the life here, we will lose it later and it'll balance out)
4) Whenever you gain a life, Cliffhaven Vampire (or any number of similar substitutes really) makes your opponents all lose 1 life.
5) Whenever your opponent(s) lose a life, Mindcrank makes them mill a card.
6) Depending on the game, Vulturous Zombie gains anywhere from 1-3+ +1/+1 counters.
7) For Animation Module, you will need to pay the {1} by hand the first time, however we will get 1 mana from the loop after this to keep it infinite.
8) When the 1/1 from Animation Module enters, it triggers Carnival of Souls and AEther Flash, which loses you the one life from earlier, adds one mana for the next animation module trigger, and kills the 1/1 token.
9) Demon of Dark Schemes gives you an energy counter for the dying token, returning to the top triggering Fabrication Module.
There are only 2 real caveats to the combo, and thats Demon of Dark Schemes needs to come out before any of your smaller combo creatures, and AEther Flash needs to come out after, just to make sure you don't accidently kill off your combo pieces.
