Commander Pre-con League Season#2 (Played by Matt) Let's have some fun building new decks with a twist! The idea is to take a Precon Commander deck of your choice and play it right out of the box or if you have one laying around that hasn't been upgraded yet. After 3 games bi-weekly, the losers will be able to upgrade their decks with $5. from each loss but the upgrade cap is $10 when adding (no rollovers, use it or lose it) Having a $10 cap will push people to try new combos and synergy, rather than turning to the same old staples.
