A refreshing alternative to the old 60
Chancellor of the Dross
instant win joke deck.
When you begin the game, simply remove the 36 ante cards you are not allowed to use because presumably you are not playing for ante. You now have 24 cards left in your originally legal-sized 60 card deck (Because we may be breaking a whole host of rules, but deck size is not one of them.)
Gitaxian Probe and
Street Wraith
cycle for free (mana, that is), effectively giving you 16 cards to work with. Max life loss is 17, so you're covered there. If you get a Black Lotus (93% odds on the play, 96% on the draw), then your Manamorphose now become free cantrips giving you effectively 12 cards. Three Ancestral Recall reach the rest of the deck. Misty Rainforest fetches Island to cast Recall without a Lotus. Edge of Autumn cycles Island if you don't need it.
The finishing combo is Laboratory Maniac and another Ancestral Recall or cantrip. Play Maniac and draw out to win. Pact of Negation if for some reason you aren't actually goldfishing this deck against someone who is taking you seriously.
You can still lose a couple ways.
One: You get really unfortunate hands and mulligans that always include some combination of Pact, Island, Rainforest, Sphere and Manamorphses without any Lotus. cantrips or recalls. Or some combination of the above with no manamorphose, a bunch of lotus and missing a combo piece.
Two: The 4-7% of the time you don't get the Lotus after cantripping everything.
Three: Your opponent has 2+ Force of Will and 2+ blue cards to pitch.
Force Spike
or Daze could also work if they are on the play and you are tight on Black Lotuses.
As much of a joke as this is, everything has been tuned as much as possible to accommodate real counter-measures. Not only by utilizing the Pact, but also the Lab Maniac win, which is the cheapest combo that I believe to be as uninterruptable as possible on turn 1. Painter's Grindstone loses to an Emrakul/etc shuffle. Channel Fireball loses to Leyline of Sanctity.
Good luck getting someone to sit through this without telling you off!
