The idea here is to play without your upkeep, while giving your opponents upkeeps. Each upkeep comes at a cost though.

For this to work you have to play eon hub on your opponent's end step right before your turn, and you need to bounce Eon Hub before you end your turn. To facilitate that I threw in a shimmering myr, Skybind and Kor Skyfisher will let you bounce the hub, among some other possibilities.

Because this deck relies a lot on upkeeps, I threw in constellation as a good way to lay down some smack, and the Prophet of Kruphix along with the Kor Skyfisher , Hopeful Eidolon , and Skybind lets you play off that aggressively. Eidolon of Blossoms helps you draw into everything you need to play this deck well.
