What, you thought you needed Ajani for infinite turns?
Heroic abilities resolve before the spell targeting it does. So, a Solidarity of Heroes targeting one Sage of Hours adds a counter due to Heroic (1 counter), then doubles the counters (2 counters). Now, lets say you've got an Elite Arcanist that exiled the Solidarity. You now have repeatable counter doubling. Now you can add a Kiora's Follower to untap the Arcanist, targeting the Sage again (3 counters) to double counters (6 counters) and gain a turn, or just use Hardened Scales to add a counter when the Sage's Heroic triggers (2 counters), then when the Arcanist's Solidarity doubles those counters (4 counters) it adds an extra (5 counters) then gain a turn. Don't have Solidarity available? Nature's Panopoly works just as well if you have some combination of Scales, Arcanists, and Followers.
Threw in some morph support for ramp and draw, and Hooded Hydra is there to trade all day erry day. Plus, with solidarity he'll become absolutely gigantic, and they'll need to answer it eventually, either making them waste a card or chump block ad infinitum
Oh, and when you lock them out, Kiora.
EDIT
I didn't realise Elite Arcanist rotated out, so say hello to Meletis Charlatan. Not exactly what I had in mind but I can make it work.
NOTE
There's a few ways to get exponentiating turns. Turn 3 is as early as possible to be getting turns, but if you are playing against a slow deck, it's very possible to win turn 4. Even if they manage to block, their creature is most likely dead. If it was a mana dork their likely screwed without its ramp.
