When I saw the new Doctor Who cards, I started to think of a way to put them all in a commander deck. So I looked towards Aragorn, the Uniter since he's a payoff anytime you cast a colored spell and he covers all the colors for every Doctors. I also added suspend and vanishing cards so that the Doctors has some way to interact with time counters.

This deck is meant to be really gimmicky and fun. There's certainly some way to make this deck a bit more competitive, but it's not my personnal goal.
