ARC focuses on Rule of Law and taxing mana as the best ways to currently attack the meta. End goal is mostly based on a PW ultimate into beats. Focus on using spells that pair with GAAIV, so Negate over Swan Song, etc. Utilizes Thada for mana, Sunder and similar effects to set lands back to fair, and Spark Double/Sakashima to double up on GAAIV.

Other options: RIP/Helm, Breakfast/BasaltMesmo into Nexus/ThOracle, or Magosi/Rings which is touchy. Infinite mana Stroke or BSZ doesn't fit well here due to Rule of Law

Debated a proliferate theme under this, but seems heavy on cards required (Thrummingbird, Grateful Apparition, Flux Channeler, Sword of Truth and Justice, Oath of Teferi, and payoffs like Astral Cornucopia, Everflowing Chalice, Parallax Tide/Wave, Pentad Prism, and the PWs)
