How would you build Arcanis?

Here's how I did: The whole deck is built around drawing cards and casting non-creature spells. Casting instants also another big part of the deck. Yes, this is quite brief, but that's kinda all that the deck does. The main win-con is decking yourself and winning off of lab man.
