A new Izzet phoenix deck with new cards from Ikoria. You can put a lot of pressure with the news sprite dragons early on, and close the game reanimating Arclight Phoenix the good old way. 2 Lava Coil to have some sorcerys for Finale, and also Blitz of the Thunder-Raptor is a very good removal. No counter spells because you basically want to tap out every turn. Only 2 Crackling Drake and Rielle, the Everwise because you are more looking to cast cheap spells, and you don't have any haste source, plus they are creatures. They are just other finishers if phoenixes get exiled. Maybe cut the drakes for Radical Idea as the deck lack blue spells, and jump start synergy seems sexy with rielle in play. They are usefull if the game lasts, but it is not supposed to. You don't really want 3+ drops like The Royal Scions or Irencrag Pyromancer, which would be for a different deck imo, and even Thirst for Meaning seems a bit slow.

I think it needs some escape cards like Ox of Agonas, and also a good sideboard for BO3. Maybe it has too many creatures.Narset seems good currently, but requires 2 blue manas untapped on turn 3 (18 sources mini).
