My Arum Dagsson Competetive deck.

Win conditions:

Lock down everyone with Darksteel Forge, Mycosynth Lattice, Nevinyrral's Disk (all their permanents gone should be gg).

Lock down everyone (Slowly) with Possessed Portal, Unwinding Clock, and Myr Turbine.

Make infinite mana with Rings of Brighthearth+Basalt Monolith and mill someone with Sands of Delirium or shoot everyone simultaneously with Goblin Cannon.

An interesting interaction is using Liquidmetal Coating and Arcum to make an opponent sacrifice target creature, at the expense of tutoring for an artifact. Gets rid of indestructible problems!

Cheat out Blightsteel Colossus, ensue beatdown (cheated out with Kuldotha Forgemaster). Alt. cheat with Master Transmuter.

The start of the game is when you should be the most careful. Absolutely, positively do not cast arum without the mana to cast at least one counterspell. Arcum is a lightning rod for removal, and he's our best chance for getting our death machines up and running. Try to keep him alive.

Once he doesn't have summoning sickness, try tutoring for Lightning Greaves, Thousand-Year Elixir, Myr Turbine, or Spine of Ish Sah if there's a scary permanent that needs to be dealt with in play already. These hopefully won't attract too much attention, and won't prioritize you as the target.

Once you have the ability to quickly cheat two artifacts out, bring out the combo of Darksteel Forge with Mycosynth Lattice. That gives your permanents indestructible, and should mitigate a lot of removal coming your way, giving you time to easily block incoming damage and set up more pieces.

Some great artifacts that let us untap Arcum and other artifacts (which are especially useful when Arcum is an artifact): Thousand-Year Elixir, Voltaic Key, Clock of Omens, Unwinding Clock, Aphetto Alchemist, Tezzeret the Seeker .

Prototype Portal imprinted with an any 0 CMC artifact provides a great recurring tap ability. Imprint an Ornithopter or a Memnite for more Arcum fodder, imprint a Seat of the Synod or Darksteel Citadel for some crazy ramp, or a Mishra's Bauble for an extra draw (or more if you have access to untap abilities).

Liquimetal Coating is a weaker (redundancy!) Mycosynth Lattice, but helps us turn our non-artifact creatures into Arcum fodder. Efficient!

Trinket Mage - Tutor for Sol ring. Out of creatures? Tutor for a Myr Moonvessel, or a 0-drop.

Fabricate, Thoughtcast, Thirst for Knowledge, and Drift of Phantasms help us find answers.
