Creature (1)

This deck is built around searching out combo pieces to develop infinite loops and lockdowns. The main combo being Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth , because it's the easiest to assemble, and the deck is built around it.

A lot of the cards in the deck have activated abilities that can be copied by the rings, but more importantly, you can use it to combo off, by using Urza, Lord High Artificer or Mind Spring to draw your entire deck. From here, there are numerous ways to win.

The first thing you want to do is to ensure a lock on your opponent. If you play Karn, the Great Creator + Mycosynth Lattice , it can lock your opponent out of all of their lands. Darksteel Forge + Mycosynth Lattice + Nevinyrral's Disk nukes EVERYTHING that isn't yours. But the spiciest of all, is to use that infinite mana to steal everything with Memnarch

Then, what you can do is create infinite 1/1 thopters with Thopter Squadron. Simply duplicate each of it's abilities with the rings, infinitely, and you will end up with infinite 1/1s. But they are still sick. That's where the next part comes in!

Since you've drawn your whole deck at this point, and have infinite mana, the next part of the combo invokes some needlessly complicated shenanigans. Cast Mirrorworks, then cast Master Transmuter. When she enters the battlefield, Mirrorworks will allow you to create a copy of her for two mana. Cast Thousand-Year Elixir to give her haste, then return her to your hand, then play her again, with her ability. Create another copy of her with the Mirrorworks. Return the original once again, to the hand, and create another token copy of her. Repeat until you have 3456789009876543 copies of her in play, then you can start duplicating anything you want with her. Create little boots for your flying friends, and strap them on, and swing out for an assload!

Or you could just run Thassa's Oracle like a fuckin nerd.

Pithing Needle and Sorcerous Spyglass help against Sensei's Divining Top or Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow but they can be used against anything really. Torpor Orb stops flicker loops. Saved my ass against a Conjurer's Closet + Scourge of Fleets lock. Grafdigger's Cage and Crawlspace are pretty obvious.
Stony Silence and Aura Shards will make me cry. Aggro decks are also a really bad matchup. The deck excels against combo decks, as it can often shut down key pieces. Even control decks will have a difficult time if you can get under their counter magic. It really depends on what they have, though.

In conclusion this deck is probably more complicated then it really needs to be, but it's tons of fun to play, and can do some wild things.
