My play group is doing a budget event, so I'm modifying my arixmethes decklist to be under $50, not counting the commander or basic lands. Any advice is appreciated!

The main goal of this deck is to make Arixmethes a creature as fast as possible, then make him evasive and hexproof and swing twice at each opponent to win with commander damage. There's a bit of pillowfort to keep me alive while I set that up, and a little ramp to get the big guy out faster and bring him back if he dies..

This deck draws a lot of hate and currently doesn't have much it can do about it, so I'm looking to make some swaps to help with defense
