Baaaaaaaaaaahhhh!

My own version of L0stm4n's Modern Goats changed up to be a little more synergistic and have more win conditions.

Step 1: Play enchantments like Journey to Nowhere and Stasis Snare to deal with opponents early game threats and build your devotion to goats. Soul Warden should be played now too.

Step 2: Goat a million goats on the field by playing Springjack Shepherd and then flickering it.

Step 3: Goat a win condition on the field.

Step 4: Swing with a million flying/massive/indestructible goats!

Step 5: Goats.

Why should I play this deck?

The real question you should be asking yourself is why aren't you already playing with it?

Is this competitive?

This is an interesting question. I have taken this deck to (my relatively less spikey) FNM and have had a decent record with it so far believe it or not. I've never won the entire thing with it, but going 2-2 or 3-1 is pretty typical for me. And even when it loses it's a blast. It won't be winning you any Grand Prix's though (sidenote: if you take goats to a Grand Prix and win or top 8 with it, you WILL go down in Magic history as an absolute fookin' legend).
