After some play testing, I decided Keranos, God of Storms would not fit into this deck, i decided to swap him out for 2x Steam Augury to give me more steam mid game (also they do not cycle soon so I'm good). i also felt like Juggernaut would work great with this deck being on the agro side.

Shrapnel Blast has a ton of targets here:

Scuttling Doom Engine being top priority for 11 damage in the face at the least

Ornithopter is a good target if you want to throw one down and blast it quick for easy damage to the face. (that's 5 damage for a CMC of 2)

Juggernaut attacks each turn, if its going to eat it why not blow 5 damage back at them

Ensoul Artifact is quite juicy with Darksteel Citadel or Ornithopter on turn 2.

Rapid Hybridization is great for control but you can also take the game with it by timing it right on a Scuttling Doom Engine

Protip: Do not throw down your Ornithopter until you need them. they are not as easy to destroy in your hand, also Thoughtseize tends to overlook them. i will usually only put them out in conjunction with Chief Engineer, Ensoul Artifact, or Shrapnel Blast. Remember they are an easy target for any removal like Bile Blight ,Drown in Sorrow, or Anger of the Gods
