This is a budget Artifacts Sacrifice deck with low mana cost so you can control the battlefield and keep bringing back your artifacts to your hand. Pia's Revolution can cause a lot of damage and can make some combos that will bring the victory. In the first turn you still can have a Salvage Titan if you get 2x or 3x Ornithopter or you can have Pia's Revolution by using Infernal Plunge with a Ornithopter or other artifact with 1 cost.

For sideboard I added Hijack just in case, for budget I think is the best against vehicles and other problematic decks, and the same goes for Tormod's Crypt against graveyard decks.
