This is sort of a mill deck, but more than that, I want to make it a deck that penalizes opponents for both drawing and discarding cards, then forces them to do both. This deck relies on several different combinations that deal non-combat damage (the creatures, of course, can deal combat damage if necessary, but are there more for their abilities than their power/toughness) so I'm trying to come up with ways to make those combos easier to get out. I'm definitely open to suggestions, but I don't want to go all-out mill, because to me, making the combos work effectively would be more fun. Also, suggestions for mana ramping are welcome, because a lot of the cards in this deck are way too expensive to hardcast.
