This is a Rakdos reanimation deck centered around dumping powerful artifact creatures into your graveyard and using Mishra, Tamer of Mak Fawa and Scarecrone to reanimate them. It uses Bone Shards, Cathartic Pyre, Collector's Vault, Jaxis, the Troublemaker, and Geier Reach Sanitarium to help dig deeper into your deck while dumping your artifact creatures into your graveyard so you can then Unearth them with Mishra, or reanimate them with Scarecrone, and try to overwhelm your opponents with multiple large threats that they have to deal with all at once.

The targets you want to hit with Unearth/Crone are Cityscape Leveler, Combustible Gearhulk, Myr Battlesphere, Rust Goliath, and Sharuum the Hegemon. Mind Stone and Scarecrone can be decent targets for Unearthing too if you need some extra card draw in a pinch.
