I just wanted to make a dimir deck that utilized the "spike" mechanic (opponent loses half their life total, rounded up), but had finishing power besides simply halving life. The intent is to spike an opponent, wound reflect for the KO, and in multiplayer games, utilize Ramses, Assassin Lord to win the entire game. This requires a few value pieces that are not common among cards, so the deck will utilize a graveyard tutor/mill/recursion card engine.
