So this is mostly a thematic build. I picked what I found to be the best among astronomic phenomena, divination, academic, and a few things that are either useful and neutral enough in theme, or just too useful. Some are also just based on their art.

Thankfully most of the meteor and stars cards are very similar in function and sinergistic here because of their X cost, similar to some of the divination. I also picked a lot of the aether ones because, at least in kaladesh, it was collected from the sky.

There’s also the instrumentation in our mana rocks (Star Compass, Prismatic Lens etc.) which I think is quite enough.

Among the academic stuff, I love the strixhaven lessons, they being colorless can get them to cost zero. Scour from Existence was added after that, it actually made consider looking at eldrazi stuff as the alien things in the moon but I thought this and Reality Spasm were enough (also, it's art is quite the astronomic view).

Some other astronomers from the set in Firmament Sage, Obsessive Astronomer, and I imagine Malevolent Hermit   which I bet is intentional and… I guess that’s it.

Overall I’d like to keep the flavor while being useful, I don’t aim for competitive or out of budget but I do like to hold my ground in a medium friendly level. The maybe list is huge because is were I started putting everything before they were added to the main list so it kinda is all my brainstorm. You can just ignore it.
