I was amazed by Massacar's deck Atraxa's Egg Cracking Awakening! However, I am never going to be able to afford a $1000 deck. Here's my attempt at budgetizing it without completely scrapping the soul of the deck (although much was lost). Usually my goal for a deck is under $100, this one I got down to 110 before adding a few cards from friends and partners.

The vibe of this deck is DIY HRT.
