Sideboard

It's going to be Gruul Spring, anyway.

So, this is the engine I've been rocking for the last week. it seems solid, and is the most unfun thing I could think of to run against people. It's mainly a revenge thing since I can't run anything fun right now.

So, the goal is pretty simple. Ramp quickly into one of the 18 Land Destruction spells, and start denying your opponent access to mana early, using Mizzium Mortars to kill creatures that get through before you've established control. From there, just swing with beefy creatures, using Rogue's Passage to get creatures through. If your opponent is presenting light pressure, go ahead and swing in with the Gruul Keyrunes also. Xenagos is there as a creature generator, and sometimes can help provide ramp.

The sideboard is a little bit rough, but I've not played this against enough decks yet. Anger of the Gods comes in against aggro match ups, Shredding Winds against Monsters and Mono-Blue, Peak Erruption against monsters and burn, Predator's Rapport against Mono-Black and Burn, and Mana Bloom against U/W control, and other decks that use sweepers against low toughness targets.
