First off I realize this is not a complete deck, it is just the combo right now. So I was looking at Chalice of the Void and I thought: wouldn’t it be neat if when a player casts a spell the number of counters on Chalice of the Void changed to match? My next thought was: what if I used triggers to make it automatic? That’s what I have made. First the combo assumes you have infinite mana, and all the combo pieces in hand. The first step is to build the combo, so cast all permanents and cast the two auras on the Crackdown Construct. The next step is priming the combo, which must be down each turn. To prime the combo, use Akroan Mastiff to tap Felhide Spiritbinder, then use Soulfire Grand Master’s ability a bunch of times to have the ability ready, and turn Wandering Fumarole to give Crackdown Construct “infinite” toughness and power. How the combo works is when a player casts a spell Kaervek the Merciless will deal that spells CMC to Crackdown Construct, which will deal that much damage to you and heal that much health at the same time from the two auras. This may seem pointless, except the damage gets turned into charge counters on Sun Droplet
