With the help of a good friend of mine, this was my first Magic deck ever created. The build uses Sol Ring, Ancient Tomb and Lotus Petal to quickly ramp into Angels. Archangel of Thune builds an unstoppable team through life link triggers from Baneslayer Angel, Gisela, the Broken Blade, and Seraph Sanctuary

Since Angels have expensive mana costs, I keep the board in check with Wrath of God, and Path to Exile to help buy time during the vulnerable early game.

If they manage to survive the initial wave then Iona, Shield of Emeria, and Avacyn, Angel of Hope finish the fight. Defy Death and Bruna, the Fading Light can resurrect Gisela, the Broken Blade to create Brisela, Voice of Nightmares as another closer to end the game.
