Sideboard

"The destruction of a wildfire with the tenacity of a jungle vine."

Some of you may have noticed that I only have one to two Pioneer decks of each color combination, they all contain two planeswalkers, and each of them are tribal. This is intentional. Only one deck "breaks" this mold, but for very good reason. (Flyers) This deck came about randomly. I needed a Temur deck, and I wanted to build something with Nissa. (This was around M19, so a year before the deck got some much needed support) I got myself a Eureka moment when I realized her fetch card gives you an elemental. If the fetch card either is a given creature type or fetches one, then that's your deck. That was my original deck-building philosophy until I branched away from Planeswalker decks and just built better ones myself, rather from a store-bought shell.

Try comboing Omnath, Locus of Rage with Risen Reef. Play a land or Elemental to trigger it. Hit a land? Keep going until you don't. Hit an Elemental? Do. It. Again. This only ends if you run out of lands, Elementals, or mana to spend on said Elementals.

Hope you enjoy the list!
