Description needs an update

Deck revolves around counterspells and making your lands huge to fly in for the kill late game.

Permanents

Noyan Dar, Roil Shaper being one of the key pieces as his ability is a cast trigger.

Halimar Tidecaller is for recursion for spells and giving your lands evasion.

Sylvan Advocate is for beefing up lands even more and works very well against aggressive decks.

Wall of Resurgence the underdog of the deck, great value card, stops most aggro strategies as well as making a 3/3 land that can swing in on the same turn.

Kiora, Master of the Depths her +1 gives 2 of my lands pseudo vigilance.

Quarantine Field functions as removal, that will become more powerful late game.

Spells

Scatter to the Winds counterspell this deck needs.

Spell Shrivel exile counterspell, might need to change since it's colourless.

Coastal Discovery every deck needs card draw and this one can awaken more lands.

Pore Over the Pages untaps lands when it resolves, giving my lands pseudo vigilance.

Encircling Fissure great on the defence, my creatures still do combat damage unlike theirs.

Roil Spout for slowing down my opponents game.

Part the Waterveil game winning card, not on it's own but in combination with other creatures they can usually swing in to win the game.

Planar Outburst destroys all their creatures and mine stay alive.

Sideboard

Dispell great for control matches.
