This is a control deck meant to utilize Lavinia of the Tenth in conjunction with Conjurer's Closet, Restoration Angel, and Snapcaster Mage, along with detain mechanics to maintain control of the board.

Lavinia of the Tenth+Conjurer's Closet keeps most creatures detained.

Council of the Absolute in the sideboard+Conjurer's Closet allows me to keep my opponent from casting his or her most important spells and allows me to overload Blustersquall or Cyclonic Rift easier.

Judge's Familiar and Azorius Arrester give me early board presence and control.
