This is an Azorius-themed commander deck for casual play. As such, it is more focused on flavor and theme than synergy or competitive deck design. However, the deck can be effective in the late-game for casual 3+ player matches. The commander is Azor, the Lawbringer because of the ETB effect. Again, this is a "just-for-fun" deck and is composed almost entirely of my own collection of cards, rather than following any specific design.
