EGGS

Eggs is a combo deck designed to go off third-fifth turn and cycle artifacts over and over till you can go in for the kill. The deck consists of "Eggs" that are sacrificed, cantrip, then are brought back to the field over and over again. Once your deck is emptied, Second Sunrise, Conjurer's Bauble, Lotus Bloom , and Pyrite Spellbomb can loop for infinite damage.

All of these cards are cheap, artifact cantrips. Their purpose is to draw, draw, draw. Their namesakes are the original eggs: Darkwater Egg , Mossfire Egg , Shadowblood Egg , Skycloud Egg , and Sungrass Egg . They were used in the original egg builds of yesteryear.

Among the eggs in this deck, there's one "star" that stands out. Chromatic Star. This guy's great. He's identical to Chromatic Sphere in every way but one. He cantrips no matter how he dies. This makes him a prime candidate for Reshape.

Conjurer's Bauble is needed to loop Second Sunrise once the deck is empty. It's also a decent egg which can put useful cards back in your deck.

Elsewhere Flask is a decent egg, but a bit expensive. I'd rather see other things in my opening hand, but he's a star once he hits the field. He can sac himself for free. Just be careful you don't accidentally deck yourself with his ETB effect.

Keeping the deck from fizzling is the most important things in the deck. You never know if you're going to complete the combo till you've at least cast your second Second Sunrise. That's why four Noxious Revivals, Faith's Rewards, and Second Sunrises are a must have. Just cast Faith's Reward or Second Sunrise and you get all your eggs back. Repeat till you're ready to go in for the kill.

The main, and classic win-con is Pyrite Spellbomb. With the sunrises going off and cantrip artifacts, you can filter red mana, ping for two, revive everything, and repeat. Another great thing about Pyrite Spellbomb is he can act like an egg with his second ability.

Pyrite Spellbomb is great, but he'll never survive game two. By this time, your opponent has probably sideboarded in a Pithing Needle or two, targeting your precious spellbomb. Grapeshot deals infinite damage due to your ability to build storm with Conjurer's Bauble and Second Sunrise. Disciple of the Vault and Laboratory Maniac can net you a win, but die easily to creature removal.

Suggestions

Updates Add

Dropped the Noxious Revivals. I've found they're not too useful.

Also changed the sideboard to reflect the recent banning of Bloodbraid Elf and Seething Song; Jund and Storm are less problematic than before.
