A modern red/white aggro deck built around Balfefire Liege

Balefire Liege is the primary win condition. It gives all your creatures +2/+2 and effectively casts Lightning Helix almost any time you cast a spell.

The liege costs 5, so you have plenty of time to hit the opponent a few times before he hits the field. Cerodon Yearling and Skyknight Legionnare are both 2/2s with haste that can get damage in early. Hearthfire Hobgoblin can deal 4 damage, making it an effective hitter or creature destruction. Balefire Liege makes all of these creatures 4/4s as well. Battlegate Mimic is pumps to a 4/2 with almost any spell you cast.

Figure of Destiny can function as a alternate win condition, with the possibility of pumping to an 8/8 flying. A 4/4 is easier to get and often just as effective. Umezawa's Jitte can also win games, especially when combined with Hearthfire Hobgoblin . Brave the Elements can push the final damage through or protect you when you need it.

Oblivion Ring, Lightning Helix, and Lightning Bolt provide creature and permanent removal, as well as late game burn if your creatures stall out.

Since the Jitte is banned in modern constructed, Spear of Heliod would probably be the next best card, providing a buff to your creatures and defensive destruction. Another option is to sub in a 4th Skyknight Legionaire.
