Counterbalance

the Counterbalance package can provide a lot of value in a long game, and Scroll Rack and Baral, Chief of Compliance are good enough to run on their own. However, in a fast meta it can be a good idea to replace these with more efficient countermagic and removal, for example Winds of Rebuke or Spell Pierce

Ad Naus and Necro

Ad Nauseam and Necropotence are easily the best draw effects, but they have a timer on them. The deck can become a hard control deck for swapping them for value like Training Grounds and Dig Through Time. Obviously, don't play Dig Through Time with Ad Nauseam in the deck.
