Hardened Scales Midrange Deck focused on the X creatures which can curve in flexibly to drop huge Avatar of the Resolute early and leave mana up for protection against removal with the Stubborn Denials, Dromoka's Command, and get big hits on Inspiring Call (Even with 1 creature a counterspell/safeblock & draw a card is powerful). A Managorer that is not removed can quickly become an unstoppable force and a 1 drop counterspell strategy gets him out of control with such efficacy that its worth losing abzan cards that which power greater removal. Not running the This deck barely needs the removal, the other player will be forced into unfavorable blocks when staring down your attacking 7/7 trample on turn 4.The 4 color manabase is focused on hitting fast green mana with the ability to run a powerful sideboard and gets us the couple of Winding Constrictors that add more scales to the deck.

I ran this deck through the origins block with great success and would love to come back to it for frontier!
