Baral mono blue control. Try to setup a huge turn where you can copy Temporal Sundering and take multiple turns in a row and race ahead of your opponent. One of the islands should be Memorial to Genius. Baral + Primal Amulet + Immortal Sun reduces instant/sorcery spells cost by 3 generic mana. If you time it right and add The Mirari Conjecture + Naru Meha + flipped Primal Amulet you can copy an instant/sorcery 3 times.
