I wanted to try something wackier than my normal control, while still going within my play style. Hopefully, I end up liking how this works.

The idea is to get Lantern of Insight out early, with any of the cards that mill, such as Codex Shredder. Then, you control what your opponent draws, so that they (hopefully) never hit a threat again. The removal and Surgical Extractions are for those pesky cards in their opening hands.

It seems to do better against control decks, as it sets up in the first couple turns (before countermagic is online). So far it seems to die to zoo if they have mulitple creatures in their opening hand, and tron kills it as long as Emrakul, the Aeons Torn exists. Otherwise, it seems to do well enough for a backup "fun" deck.
