I've always wanted to try making a Barren Glory deck, and this is my take on it. Any suggestions to make it better would be greatly appreciated!

The basic idea is to get Enchanted Evening out as soon as possible, using Hypochondria to buy time, followed by Academy Rector. Then if you destroy all enchantments (which are now every permanent you and your opponent control), Academy Rector can fetch Barren Glory and you can win next turn.

The backup plan is Barren Glory with Oblivion Ring, followed by board wipe.
