The idea behind this is explained rather quickly:
Step 1:
Raise a pool of potential pilots via Timely Reinforcements and Gather the Townsfolk
Step 2:
Suit them up with a Darksteel Colossus, Platinum Angel or a hive of Precursor Golems via Polymorph.
And yeah, that's about it.
The Mechs:
So, in our suprise-giant-robot-box you can find:
Darksteel Colossus: Come on, does that even need explaining? Probably the biggest, meanest, and coolest robot around. Since he's indestructible, I can even repeatedly use Polymorph or Rapid Hybridization on 'em.
Platinum Angel: Justified by the look she tends to put on your enemies' faces.
Precursor Golem: a group of prototypes that work well with other tokens, rather than a single fatty. Use Polymorph on them to devellop them into 3 bigger stompers :3
Other cards of Notice:
Overburden can painfully slow down any creature-based deck you might go up against, and hands you one of your toolbox lands (Halimar Depths/Temple of Enlightenment) to re-use when you drop the Polymorph.
SwanSong can be used like a conventional counter that also ensures you'll have the creature/lifepoint disadvantage by the time you drop Timely Reinforcements, but can as well come handy to counter one of your own spells to generate a token.
The tokens themselves can get quite scary too, since you can drop relatively many of them, relatively quickly. When lacking better options or targets, don't hesitate to use a Rapid Hybridization to turn one of your peasants into an amphibian super-soldier - really, with Intangible Virtue, you get a Serra Angel minus flying, effectively. Hybridization can also be used on the Preursor Golems to save them from removal.
Card control via Halimar Depths, Temple of Enlightenment, Brainstorm and Portent makes sure you'll get the right compunds at the right time.
That sums it up.
Any feedback is welcome.
