Flickering, blinking, whatever you want to call it. One of the most popular play styles, and one that is incredibly open-ended. I think every player should build one at some point, and fill it with their all time favorite ETB effects.
Here are some of mine.
The whole idea to me is Siege Rhino. The Menace. Nothing more needs to be said.
Ravenous Chupacabra is fantastic, recurrable removal. I think the nightmare is still alive and well in Ixalan players minds.
Lastly I mashed in a personal, small Soul Sisters package. Ajani's Welcome is a safer, more frustrating take on the creature based combo. Blink creatures with the newly added Marauding Blight-Priest to drain their life down. There are better versions of this effect, but I just personally prefer this set up.
As with all my decks, lands are budget. We have a house rule for all lands to come in untapped. Build your mana base how you prefer.
Jank, dumb fun. Not high-end, just purely for the enjoyment. Abzan is my favorite color pairing, and had to do it for my first flicker deck posted. Hope you like it.
