I Honestly Don't Know Enough to List Other Options (1)

Tamiyo is a beast.

I've only recently begun playing Oathbreaker and I actually don't have much experience with the format. When trying to come up with the most degenerate, most competitive things I can do in it I worked up this list and a couple of others. It's been quite fun playing it so far, but I don't actually know enough about the format to know what high level competitive looks like. I can only assume. As a cEDH player I figured I'd port over what concepts I could from that format, efficient spells, early ramp sources, speed and consistency, etc. That's when Tamiyo went Beast Mode.

The primary goal of the deck is to assemble the Mystic Forge combo with a cost reducer ( Helm of Awakening , Etherium Sculptor , Jhoira's Familiar ) and Sensei's Divining Top . From there you can draw the deck with a deterministic line. With the whole deck in hand the first step is to generate infinite mana which is done by casting Lotus Petal , the other cost reducers, Eye of Ramos and Elixir of Immortality . Sac the Lotus Petal for a mana of any color, tap the Eye for a then sac it for another . Activate the Elixir using the to return all 3 cards to the library. Draw them, then play them all for free again and repeat the loop to generate infinite colored mana. From here there are a couple of ways to win, but the command zone ones will always be available to you. First cast Tamiyo if she isn't already out. Cast Beast Within on all of your opponent's permanents to wipe out their boards and leave them with a handful of beasty tokens. Then cast Beast Within on Tamiyo herself, returning her to the command zone. Cast Tamiyo again and repeat the loop cycle turning an infinite number of Tamiyo casts into an infinite number of beast tokens. Pass the turn and wait a turn cycle to attack for the win.

To win the turn you combo off requires looping Windfall with the Elixir and isn't all that complicated. You can reload your library manually by casting spells and killing off your mana dorks and other permanents you don't need before using the Elixir to load up your library with at least as many cards as you will have in hand after casting and resolving Windfall. You can also cast Timetwister to reload your library and draw until you hit Windfall, but this is less precise and I would usually just manually reload personally.
