This is my take on Luis Scott Vargas's grapeshot elves deck from 2008. Unfortunately Glimpse of Nature is no longer modern legal, but recently Beck / Call has been created which does the same thing for one extra blue mana.

The point of the deck is to play draw spells early with either Regal Force or Beck / Call. Sommoner's Pact is used to draw Regal Force, and can also get out the Heritage Druid-Nettle Sentinel combo for infinite mana generation. Once you hit at least 18 spells, Manamorphose for 2 red mana then Grapeshot for 20, then you can Eternal Witness Grapeshot and hit them for another 22 easy.
