Kiora is legal in my playgroup and this deck is built to be focused but not competitive.

Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner provides fantastic ramp for turn two or three, especially if you can untap something that taps for more than one mana. In addition to ramp Kiora provides card draw once you have ramped into some of your bigger creatures.

Cream of the Crop and Panharmonicon provide more value for the deck and allow for the chaining of big creatures. Eventually Nezahal, Primal Tide and Overwhelming Stampede can be used to close out the game.

I'm looking to increase the win cons and focus of this deck without spending too much money for cards like Finale of Devastation or Triumph of the Hordes. Any suggestions?
