The goal with this build is to simultaneously control the opponents hand through discard and and burn their life total.

Creatures
Jagged Poppet and Hypnotic Specter are used as combat damage and discard engines. Rakdos Ickspitter is nice to burn down a bit of health over time as well as deal with small creature aggro. It also enables Rakdos, lord of riots. Rakdos Augermage is used to consistently control future threats from opponents while Rakdos himself is used as a nice finisher along with being a likely target for augermage to prevent any key pieces being discarded from your own hand.

Spells
Liliana's Caress and Megrim are the win conditions. A must have in the opening hand or soon after. the goal is to have at least one out before the discarding party begins. Afterwards blighting, burning inquiry, and ravens crime are all great discard engines.

This was created to be a very nice budget deck that works well consistently. You could always replace a few cards with their more expensive counterparts and add some better lands, but in the long run that will only increase the win chance marginally for a much higher cost. This deck has been play tested quite a bit and behaves exactly how it was intended.
