So it's time for a new deck for me, and Blue/Green is my favorite combination. I was happy to see a new U/G commander that encompasses land mechanics as I love ramping. I'm not quite sure how the deck will handle itself, but looking forward to suggestions.

Win con's I guess are Lab maniac (if I can get that far), Multani, Roil elemental, and rampaging baloth, as well as avenger of zendikar (for token smash).

Maybe-board are partially cards that are a bit too expensive for me right now but would be nice, and partially cards that might want a seat in the deck for other reasons.
