Here's my post-rotation Big Red deck. The idea is simple: hit for good damage in the early game, draw into a biggun and Nykthos for Monstrosity. Hammer of Purphoros can double as an alternate wincon and Purphoros himself turns smaller creature draws into damage to the head.
