This deck is slow, but if you survive long enough to pin your opponent down they have a very hard time dislodging you. Basically, you discard the cards in their hands with Hymn to Tourach at first, then with Gibbering Descent later. Once they have no cards in their hand, The Rack and Shrieking Affliction deal them scores of damage.

The other reliable damage dealer is Megrim in combination with Anvil of Bogardan, which forces your opponent to draw a card and then discard it.

Finally, the Ensnaring Bridge and Noetic Scales prevent any of your opponents creatures from attacking (as you should have no hand as soon as you can) and the Null Brooches allow you to counter anything he would cast that would destroy your precious artifacts and enchantments that are keeping him locked down.

Any suggestions for speeding things up or protecting your artifacts/enchantments would be wonderful!
