The main idea of this deck is to get a lot of small creatures out that you can sacrifice over and over again to destroy your opponent in a couple of different ways.
Getting
Altar of Dementia
out with a Mikaeus, the Unhallowed is a guarantee to mill them in 1-2 turns.
With
Gravecrawler
s and Bloodghasts working in conjunction with Falkenrath Nobles (that i hope to switch out with some Blood Artists soon) and Skullclamp, your opponent will find their life quickly vanish.
With no creatures left from Grave Pact even a lot of small creatures make short work of anyone.
Some key points about the deck are: Getting Pawn of Ulamog, gets you a small army of eldrazi tokens you can use for mana, arbitrary sacrifice and as chump blockers if need be.
Buried Alive this is pretty much soley for getting your Bloodghast and
Gravecrawler
into your graveyard so you can play all of them asap.
Hand of Emrakul
9 mana is a lot but i rarely go a game without having over a dozen eldrazi tokens I can sacrifice to get this card out early. Not the best Eldrazi, but for 4 mana and even Annihilator 1 is nice.
Deathgreeter provides a nice bit of sustain early on and late game, the life potential is astounding. It's not uncommon to end with 50-100 life when i have one of these in my starting hand.
Grave Pact pretty obvious, with the huge amount of creatures and tokens available your oppenent will be lucky to ever have a creature out longer than 1 turn after this is in play.
Mikaeus, the Unhallowed is a win. I've never lost a game where i've been able to get him on the field. Gives Bloodghast and
Gravecrawler
+1/+1 AND undying. With the ability to get them back so often in combination with Falkenrath Noble or
Altar of Dementia
, no one stands a chance.
