This is how to win turn 4:

1st turn: Mardu woe-reaper

2nd turn: chief of the edge, attack for 3

3rd turn: dragon hunter, chief of the edge: attack with Mardu Woe-Reaper andChief of the Edge for 8

4th turn: Mardu shadowspear (dash), Foul-Tongue Shriek. Attack with everything for 23, you win.

                   Or

1st turn: Mardu Woe-Reaper

2nd turn: Blood-Chin Rager, attack with Mardu Woe-Reaper for 2 if there is no blocker.

3rd turn: Dragon Hunter , Chief of the Edge: attack with Mardu Woe-Reaper and Blood-Chin Rager for 6 IF there is only one blocker.

4th turn: Mardu Shadowspear (dash), attack with everything, Foul-Tongue Shriek, 20 damage, you win.

Also, if you have a second Foul-Tongue Shriek you can cast it instead of Mardu Shadowspear To be even more sure to win.

You can playtest it, you'll win tun 4 almost every time
