Blanket Kitty's Slumber Party

Standard Aggro GW (Selesnya)

TheFrozenFox

Sideboard

A G/W "Flash" deck of sorts that relies on flash creatures/instant spells past the 2 mana point. Of course there are a few exceptions, but for the most part the deck plays bigger creatures for the R/x aggro matchups, more resilient creatures for midrange, and the flash theme to make it more complicated for the other archetypes and control specifically.

Let's explain some of the cards:

At the 1-drops we have Soldier of the Pantheon (SotP), he plays a good role against decks who try to use Boros Reckoner and Azorius Charm to stabilize early. And since I predict one of the top decks to be Dega Midrange/Control who plays Boros Reckoner and mainly uses Dreadbore for removal.

Experiment One (X1), let's my useful instants make combat more frustrating for picking blockers. He also has the ability to survive the most common boardwipes.

At the 2: Fleecemane Lion (Blanket Kitty, or FL), provides a big body early, and a mana sink late game (at instant speed!).

Call of the Conclave (CotC), is another 3/3 for 2, let's me hold a Rootborn Defenses on t3 for a blowout if they try to attack/block or kill it with another card by providing a target to populate.

Voice of Resurgence (Voice or VoR), Resilient threat that punishes instants on my turn. Provides a token to populate and takes removal like a champ.

Selesnya Charm (SC), Instant speed Creature to populate/pump X1, Pump for creatures to remove, pump to dodge removal, and killing things (that make me mad!) Obzedat, Ghost Council, descration demon, all the gods, etc.

In the 3: Boon Satyr (Boon? Satyr? Defiantly not BS... well, maybe for your opponent) Flash creature to evolve X1, Flash pump to win combat, makes a threat a bigger threat and then turns into another threat. Love this card.

Ajani, Caller of the Pride (ACotP), He's ok, makes wurms fly, not my favorite card, but he lets me do something on my turn. Unfortunately Esper and Dega take care of him easy, and he doesn't do much on his own. But played right he can end a game. Wurms with wings man.

Rootborn Defenses (RD), stops those pesky judges from giving harsh (supreme) verdicts. Makes blocking a hassle and can populate any number of the tokens I am capable of making (centaurs, elementals, knights, and wurms)

And finally the 4: Trostani, Selsnya's Voice allows me to break stalemates if she survives for at least a turn she provides value, not instant nor does it have flash and thus only giving it a 1 spot mb and 1 spot side. Big butt, instant speed ability that overwhelms your opponent.

Advent of the Wurm(s) (AotW), big bodies with flash. Populate target, only creature with trample (sadly). Blocks/trades with almost anything, comes out of nowhere and has pseudo haste.

The Sideboard:

Druid's Deliverance for those aggro matchups when they try and alpha strike you.

Fiendslayer Paladin Because I expect big dega players in my meta.

Glare of Heresy Hits all the big white things (sorry, Colossal Whale is blue in Magic) for the mirror, Esper, and Dega.

Sundering Growth, Whip of Erebos is a thing. Hits other Artifacts/Enchantments + Populate. Naturalize+ is good.

Unflinching Courage For when the other side of the board fills up, gives your creatures the bravery they need to bash more face, not good against control though.

Trostani, Selesnya's Voice For Mirror, or stalemate matches

Rootborn Defenses For more Verdicts.

Any comments, suggestions, and feedback is welcome. Note: I am new to playing aggro (last played it in Scars-Inni Block) so any advice is welcome. Did some testing on Cockatrice. 17-1 so far.
