Infect deck, focusing on a fast win, using various buffs to hit hard, with Vapor Snag or Distortion Strike to make sure it goes through. Very fragile to removal or burns, which is why I have a few counters in my sideboard. Livewire Lash is always helpful.

I've scored some early wins, but the further the game goes on the riskier it gets. Need some ideas for a late game fall back.

Don't be afraid to pay the 2 life for a fast win, you'll probably get them to 10 poison counters before they can deal significant damage.
