Apologies on the price, but I thought to myself, "this could be 3 deck-techs in one". Taking some staples and getting lands fixed then drove the price up. If you remove the fast lands, and the better utility ones, you can likely get this for far cheaper.

First Win-Con - Overwhelm with Power or sheer amount of tokens

Secondary Win-Con - Infect

Summon the support to the Commander first if possible. Token support : Anointed Procession / Parallel Lives / Doubling Season / Skrelv's Hive / Aura Shards

Flicker : Teleportation Circle / Conjurer's Closet

Stall tactics : Inkshield / Heroic Intervention / Teferi's Protection / Arachnogenesis / Authority of the Consuls

When all else fails, summon more creatures to start going wide. The Commander Vishgraz, the Doomhive can get that going alone if needed. With good cheap mana rocks, we should see sooner than turn 5 most games.
