Panharmonicon is the best card i've seen coming from the new set. It's absolutely bananas with ETB effects.
So naturally it pairs well with blink so you can trigger those (now doubled) effects twice a turn for 4 times the insanity. But what would be the best to effect?
How about that old Simic gem Evolve?
Hardened Scales + Panharmonicon
is already a silly thing. So the flow is as follows
1) Summon an evolve creature like Cloudfin Raptor
2) Get another raptor and/or Hardened Scales
3) Get Reflector Mage out for some quality control and feed those raptors or play Renegade Krasis for future hilarity
4) Panharmonicon
5) Explode.
Seriously in my various play tests the insanity that happens on turn 5 is legendary. Suddenly evolves are getting +2/+2 each time something stronger comes out or +4/+4 if you got hardened scales out
Blink reflector mage with Flickerwisp, Eerie Interlude or
Long Road Home
and suddenly your opponent loses a strong ammount of his presence/tempo and your creatures grow stronger. Get Master Biomancer out instead and blink combo to keep your insanely evolved creatures reaching even new, mutagentic, heights.
Even without Reflector mage you have okay control with Simic Charm and without Panharmonicon good growth with
Cytoplast Root-Kin
Some nice artifact search would help like Enlightened Tutor but it's hard to make room in this psychotic deck. Tips and comments welcome
