Gain life, prove that vampires don't suck :D

Need some help fine-tuning this deck:

1) Do I sideboard 4x, 3x or 2x Despise or Duress or both?

2) Do I keep Guul Draz Overseer or do I replace her with a third Defiant Bloodlord? Or do I keep both, sideboarding one (which one?)?

3) Do I even bother keeping Mer-Ek Nightblade in the sideboard?

4) Do I need more/less lands to help pay for those bosses? How many lands do I need in a Battle for Zendikar deck? Was thinking maybe two more basic lands...

5) How about Cradle of Vitality ?

6) Is Scour from Existence likely to be at all useful as a sideboard card?

6) Or is there some other card(s) I should use? (Ideally, I'd play 3x Nyx-Fleece Ram instead of the Stone Haven Medic s (and, of course, Drana, Liberator of Malakir), but $$$ and actually getting my hands the Rams are likely to be problems (not sure OCD would let me play less than 3 Rams)

Any suggestions would be appreciated, preferably dealing with some of the above queries. Many thanks :D
